3-Minute Read
by Kevin Pointer Sr.

What happens when a creative graphics enthusiast with a senior technical writing background takes a deep dive into social media strategy? You take your head out of the clouds and confront a powerful business truth: intuition and creativity are exceptional, but large-scale execution requires data.
Too many professionals say, “I’m a creative – I’ll just leave the numbers to the data analysts.” But the KrushPoint brand is at its best when it is a powerful concoction of creative juices mixed with a healthy dose of analytics. I can engineer a structurally sound, technically precise document; I can also design visually stunning, high-impact marketing graphics; but it helps if data and platform metrics validate exactly how those two elements connect to drive business growth. My left brain (analytical) and right brain (creative) can work synergistically. Enough said!
What I Learned About Our Krush Point Brand and Social Media
During the development of this blueprint, the most vital thing I learned about our brand is that we must systematically test our ideas on ourselves in the lab before serving clients. Building an internal social media plan for our emerging boutique agency, Krush Point, reframed how I view digital engagement. I learned that the exact same writing and visual skills we use for core branding apply seamlessly to social media services.
On a practical level, a significant thing I learned about social media deployment was the nature of the social media audit. While the underlying concepts of reviewing a digital footprint make perfect sense, the specific terminology, social media audit was new to me. Through this process, I also learned a brand-new application for a universal truism: the Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely (SMART) framework. By aligning our digital presence with these parameters, as Krush Point’s CEO I can further my highly deliberate, research-backed strategy right from the start.
Why You Should Heed Krush Point’s Social Media Plan’s Advice
Why should a prospective client or internal partner heed our social media plan’s advice, and how will it ensure a successful social media effort? The answer lies in the distinct, creative discriminators that drive our ecosystem:
- Founder-Led Credibility Edge (Why Heed Our Advice): Both of our main competitors broadcast through impersonal corporate pages. KrushPoint positions my senior technical background as the primary narrative voice to build immediate professional trust and human accountability.
- Hyper-Local Convention Niche (What Makes our Forward-Looking Campaign Unique and Creative): We will target massive local footprints – like the Gaylord National Convention Center and Table Talk Restaurant – offering rapid event branding and nimble, pop-up creative support that distant corporate agencies simply cannot match.
- Human-Centered AI Controls (How It Will Be a Successful Effort): We leverage modern platform automation research, but maintain strict human editorial guardrails to ensure every branding or social media asset remains authentic and connected.
We under-promise, over-deliver, and remain fiercely adaptable. This is the official launchpad for KrushPoint.
